Three from an African country were studying English and they have just started.. means their language was so poor. Their English Teacher came and ask them in English.. Who put these books here?0 they answered with their mother tongue The teacher: dont say like that... say we put them here Then, asked them.. what did use to sharpen your pencil?0 and they ansered same as before... The Teacher: - say we used a knife Then asked, why you didnt wear a heavy clothe, they said same as before.. The teacher:- say because of money Ok later while they were going to their village.. they found a man has just been killed Police came and ask them... Who Killed this man?0 Three sts:- We killed this man What did u use to kill him?0 We used a knife Why?0 Because of money Loooook... because they didnt understand how to use the the words correctly, they put themselves in a horrible situation Hope you got it |
