Three steps to fitness Hi every one..how are u today? i read this topic from magzin ..and i want to benefit you if you suddenly change all your eating habits on the first day of the new year,your body will fight back and work against you , thinking that there is a sudden onest of famine and you will feel really hungry and symptoms! what you need to do is to develop successful habits. people who mange to maintain a healthy weight have generally developed successful habits that work. if you are overweight and have wanted to make positive changes for some time, the first step is to recognise that drmatic change will not happen overnight.Big changes happen because you start with baby steps. step1: Preparation step2:know the facts steps3:Get into successful habits You may have programmed your self into self-destruct mode.Take time to prepare to succeed this time |
Preparation ?-Recognise the reason why you eat more food than your body needs. -Do you overeat for emotional comfort? -Do you overeat becouse you are depresserd? -Do you overeat you have a love of food? -Do you eat the wrong things becouse you are disorgnising?-Do you overeat becouse you are stressed what do you think the solution for you or who have this problem? |
