Price of essential commodities is going down especially foodstuff. I have been stolling in one of famous mall the decline of price of some foodstuff is noticeable after incredible hike on the year of 2007 and also the rent rate is coming down maybe it is not cheering up news for some of landlords if you are one of them.[
