change Country : United State
change State : California
change Zip code: 90001
OK
go to Help
type: close your account
chose: close your account
press: close your account
activate
activate... untill you get out of msn
thin inter to your Email again... and check the new 25 MB... and no need to thank me... and by the way .. it may increase after some time to be 250 MB... BUT NOT SURE...
